We can advise immediately if a preferred name for a company is available and can have the company formed and the necessary documents printed within 24 hours at minimal cost (see our list of charges).

Included in our company formation costs are the completion of all necessary forms for setting up, directors & company secretary/shareholders/registered office etc and submission of all necessary documents to Companies House.

Our fee also includes the registration of the company for PAYE and completion and filing of HMRC form CT41G (£100 if filed late) and free registered office facility to 31st December of the year of incorporation.
